If you ask for a refund within 14 days of payment and we have not yet delivered your order, we refund the full amount you paid.
Once an order has been delivered, it is not refundable.
To ask for a refund, email hello@exdarkmatter.com from the address you used to order.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider.
You can cancel Autopilot at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the period you have already paid for runs to its end.
